Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Anna-Christina Hertel, Maggy and Jules, Langgewann 2, 66265 Heusweiler, Germany, email: [email protected]) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. downloads, ePapers), if the performance has begun after you have
- expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (§ 356 (5) BGB).
Contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts (§ 312g (2) No. 7 BGB).
Contracts concluded with consumers who, at the time the contract was concluded, were not a resident of a member state of the European Union or whose habitual residence is located outside the EU.

Notice on Returns

Please handle the goods with care when returning them. Avoid damage and contamination and, if possible, use the original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable packaging to prevent damage during transport.

Note: Observing this notice is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
